GATHER YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY! Welcome to our newly updated 4 bedroom 3 full bath home in Raleigh! With movie nights and relaxation in mind, our home is the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends seeking a fun and memorable visit or staycation in Raleigh. It is conveniently only 15 minutes from downtown Raleigh. The three bedrooms can comfortably accommodate a total of 8 guests. Guests will also have access to the movie theatre upstairs, the office (perfect for WFH), and smart gadgets throughout the home.

The first bedroom in includes two single beds. The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and smart fire tv. There is a third bedroom upstairs that also serves as an at-home office. The last bedroom is the master and it includes a king-sized bed and a smart tv with a sound bar and subwoofer. There are two full bathrooms downstairs including the master suite. One additional full bath upstairs.

The Kitchen has been recently renovated with quartz countertops and a brand-new sink/faucet. Large capacity stainless steel fridge. We've added a coffee machine, toaster, and waffle maker. Bar seating comfortably seats 4 at a time.

Guests are also encouraged to use the dining room which includes 4 seats and a bench that can seat 6.

The downstairs living room has been thoughtfully decorated. Highlights include the 55" frame tv with Sonos sound system. Any guests with airplay-compatible devices can play music by simply connecting to the wifi. Seating in the living room includes a couch that can comfortably seat 3 and two poufs that can be used as seats. The bar stools and dining room chairs/bench can also be brought into the living room for additional seating. We've included a variety of board games.

Upstairs there is a home theatre with a 135" screen and a state-of-the-art sound system. There is an office that has been set up for work from home. it includes a motorized standing desk, an ergonomic office chair, and peripherals (mouse, keyboard, microphone, and webcam) that can be used by guests who have compatible laptops. No work-from-home setup is complete without fast wifi. This home has a fiber with connections speeds that are more than capable of smoothly handling video conference calls

There are plenty of smart home gadgets as well. These include smart thermostats, a smart light switch in the living room, and a Sonos sound system in the living room compatible with apple airplay.

Outside is a freshly restained deck with comfy conversational-style seating, large umbrella shade, and a 4-burner grill perfect cookouts and barbecues.
