The location is convenient as you're within walking distance of notable restaurants like the 45th Street TapHouse Bar & Grille, Seacret's, Belly Busters and more, plus you're a short drive away from Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park and the famous Ocean City Boardwalk. Accommodating up to six guests, the primary bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has two double beds.
Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps and all paper products. There is a washer and dryer located in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking/vaping. Smoking on balconies and in common areas is prohibited by the building management. Smoking is allowed in parking lot only.
No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
