The solar-heated pool (mineral water and mosaic tiled) will be most effective in the warmer Summer and Spring months. Solar is not effective in the colder months of the year. If desired, pool gas heating is available for $250 per day. Please note that a minimum of 2 days' pool heating is required, and we require at least 48 hours ' prior notice confirming pool heating
**The pool can heat up to 32 degrees (approx) with gas heating—note, this is not spa temperature and should not be expected to feel
like a spa. It will feel more like a comfortable warm bath, not 'hot'. The pool is otherwise solar-heated, which may be limited
in warmth during overcast or cloudy winter days. Pool heating requests and payments must be made no later than 48 hours prior to arrival to ensure availability during your stay.

House Rules (Important, please read)
To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:
1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Lively Properties.
2. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property strictly at any time during the day or night is 14. There is an additional $85 per-night p/p applicable for bookings with 12 or more guests
3. According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. Strictly no "schoolies", hens or bucks bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
