Holiday retreat with an easy 300m to walk to the stunning Balnarring & Merricks Beaches with sweeping rural views at your back door. Great layout for 2 families to spread out and enjoy this high quality accommodation with your own tennis court.
The kids have their own enormous room with 2 x bunks and TV/DVD player which leads immediately out into the massive garden and tennis court at one end, with another bunk room down the hallway with two more Queen size bedrooms.
The large living and dining area both lead out onto a gorgeous, private decked alfresco BBQ area with added bonus of a plunge pool great for hot days to cool off.

Sleeps: 14 Guests - Maximum 8 Adults (bunks suitable for children only)

Linen, towels are included and BYO beach towels
