We want our guests to feel comfortable and well-informed about their accommodations, so after following up with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:-We apologize if you felt the listing to be deceptive as this is never our intent and we provided detailed information to you prior to your arrival. The main cabin is equipped with central heat and air conditioning, and there is an additional standing window unit upstairs to provide extra cooling throughout the cabin. Before your arrival, the homeowner had the HVAC system fully serviced and personally inspected to ensure it was in proper working order.-The property listing has since been updated to clarify the heating and air conditioning details to avoid any future confusion.We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
