THE BEST home! Plenty of towels ( lake & shower )! Kitchen was beautiful! Great location! Comfy beds, extra blankets! Came here for a bachelorette & it fit our whole group perfectly!

This is a newer very clean home to stay in. Kidd island is a great place with easy access via quick drive from CDA. While also giving a very private and secluded quiet place on the lake. You have a quick short boat ride over to the main resort. The house sits fairly close to the water compared to other homes that sit up high. Has a great kitchen with great views and two amazing decks to enjoy the lake view from.

The house was perfect for our needs. It slept 4 children and 4 adults comfortably. Our grandsons especially liked the loft beds! The view of the lake from the kitchen, living room and deck was amazing! Morning coffee on the deck was so peaceful.Both master bedrooms shared a deck and looked out on the lake. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. Lara, our host, was available to answer our questions in a timely manner which was appreciated! We were able to tie up our 20 foot boat without a problem. The bed linens were lovely, however the foam mattresses were very soft and did not provide any support.

Just to clarify for future guests, all of the regular beds in the home have high-quality, premium mattresses. The foam mattress you mentioned is actually an additional mattress topper that we provide for extra comfort with the downstairs sofa bed, and it is normally stored in the closet on the bottom floor. It is not one of the home’s regular mattresses. Thank you again for choosing our home for your family’s stay. Perfect Lake weekend

My friends and I stayed at this property, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Communication with the property manager was outstanding, the property was exactly as advertised, and we were blown away by the views and the experience. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Great Property in a great Location!

Was a gathering place for family for a Zag graduation. Very clean, great views and close enough to downtown CDA. My son caught a 6 lb large mouth bass in front of the property. Met a few neighbors, very nice and friendly. Hope to be back again soon.

Beautiful home

We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay here with family recently. The house was very clean and furnished nicely. We felt very much at home. Our only complaint was getting in and out of the driveway. Thanks for a nice stay!

Quite possibly the best place in the country

Everything was absolutely amazing. The house was just absolutely perfect and the neighbors were very friendly. The views were unbelievable and Lara was a dream to work with and she was available with any questions we had throughout the stay. 11/10!!!

Perfect weekend get away

It was just the respite we needed. Great location and home for us - 2 adults and 5 teens/ young adults. Well stocked kitchen made it easy to avoid restuarant dining and adhere to social distancing. Best quarantine weekend to date.

Such a beautiful getaway!

My family does an annual reunion on Lake Coeur d’Alene and we are always trying to find the best lake house for the festivities. This beautiful house met all of our needs! Idyllic lake home perfect for family and/or friends

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week together in this well appointed, beautifully maintained home. Every detail was attended to down to fixings for a S’mores night by the fire pit. The dock was perfect for our boat and paddle board rentals. The view of cove and mountains in distance from the multilevel porches is simultaneously gorgeous and relaxing day and night.

Wedding Celebration Vacation

PERFECT Lake Home!!!

This home is everything you could ask for in a lake house, rental! It's conveniently located across from the resort by boat, and only a 15-20 minute drive to town! The home is very well kept, great quality furniture and the views are STUNNING! Lara was great at responding quickly as well! You cannot go wrong with this home!
