Gorgeous Views 15 min to downtown Peace and Serenity

Beautiful 2328 sq ft, 4 bdrm, 3bth lakefront home on Kidd Island Bay. Coeur d'Alene equals peace and relaxation! Main level boasts an open concept living area, a well-appointed kitchen, a bedroom & bath, loft with 2 twin beds, plus a nice sized covered deck. There are 2 bedroom suites on the lower level that share another deck, and the bottom level has a private bedroom and access to the grass and waterfront/dock. Please note that water levels vary In the Winter and early Spring. Perfect vacation house!

Perfect Lake weekend

My friends and I stayed at this property, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Communication with the property manager was outstanding, the property was exactly as advertised, and we were blown away by the views and the experience. Can’t recommend highly enough!

50th Anniversary Family Celebration

Wonderful house and location. Great town!! Lots of lake fun ( rented boat & jet ski; swimming; fishing; s’mores by the bonfire; sunsets on the deck; bbqing). Everything was great! Very comfortable house!

Great Property in a great Location!

Was a gathering place for family for a Zag graduation. Very clean, great views and close enough to downtown CDA. My son caught a 6 lb large mouth bass in front of the property. Met a few neighbors, very nice and friendly. Hope to be back again soon.

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt really comfortable and at home. Enjoyed the peace, tranquility and views. Everything at the house is as advertised. We rented a boat for a few days and used the dock at the house which was great. Would definitely return again.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The house was just absolutely perfect and the neighbors were very friendly. The views were unbelievable and Lara was a dream to work with and she was available with any questions we had throughout the stay. 11/10!!!

It was just the respite we needed. Great location and home for us - 2 adults and 5 teens/ young adults. Well stocked kitchen made it easy to avoid restuarant dining and adhere to social distancing. Best quarantine weekend to date.

Idyllic lake home perfect for family and/or friends

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week together in this well appointed, beautifully maintained home. Every detail was attended to down to fixings for a S’mores night by the fire pit. The dock was perfect for our boat and paddle board rentals. The view of cove and mountains in distance from the multilevel porches is simultaneously gorgeous and relaxing day and night.

PERFECT Lake Home!!!

This home is everything you could ask for in a lake house, rental! It's conveniently located across from the resort by boat, and only a 15-20 minute drive to town! The home is very well kept, great quality furniture and the views are STUNNING! Lara was great at responding quickly as well! You cannot go wrong with this home!

Great place!

This house had everything you need. Host were very accommodating. Right on the lake with a dock to park our boat. Only thing I would change is the outside stairs outside to the water. They were very steep and we’re only stepping stones. I thought it was difficult for me because being 68 with knee replacement but even the younger adults said it was difficult. I would still recommend this awesome home.
