Modern and recently renovated cozy One bedroom Two-bathroom masonry Ocean Block condo in quiet North Ocean City. This property features a large sunny Southern exposure balcony which provides a great view when Northside Park has their fireworks display. Off-street assigned parking for one car in the back of the building with a shared space with 203/303 on a first come first saved basis. Unit 303 has a queen bed plus a bunk, and a queen sleep sofa. Sunspot is close to everything being one block to the beach and a nearby bus stop. Sunspot is close to the Delaware line for amusement center or walk to Five guys across the street or other eateries such as Captain Pizza, Beach Barrels plus others. Linens are provided for 6 people.

Great location, close to the beach. Two bathrooms make it easier for a family and the washing machine is a great thing if you are traveling with children.

Clean and newly renovated

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo comfortably accommodated our family of 4. The decor is nicely done and the kitchen and bathrooms were recently renovated. I would stay here again.

Clean apartment in a good location!

The home had everything we needed. The unit has two full baths. The unit was clean and tidy. The check in and check out processes were very quick. The unit is a short and safe walk to the ocean. There are plenty of things to do within walking distance. The park across the street is very nice. We would recommend staying here.

Beautiful place, great location!

My son and I stayed here for our annual OCMD trip and the place was perfect. It’s close to the beach, has everything you need and is comfortable. My son enjoyed the “fort” (bunk bed)! The cleaning service could improve the thoroughness of their cleaning, however. There was hair stuck to the shower wall and someone else’s cereal on the kitchen floors at the edge of the cabinets. Luckily there were cleaning supplies to touch things up.

Sunspot 303

Nice place. Clean and tidy. It's great that there are two bathrooms. Dedicated parking plus an extra first come/first serve space, but that spot was always open during my stay. Perfect size for a younger family. Close to alot of places to grab food. Close walk to the beach and as long as you were there by ~9AM you would get a front row beach spot during early August. A lot of people put their equipment out (chairs, umbrellas, tents) very early and then would not show up until 11-12. Just a caution to any future renters to be ready for that. The property was great. I would stay here again without hesitation. The beach was a little more crowded than I prefer, but it is Ocean City and I kind of expected that. It was mostly families at the beach. Just note, it is on the third floor and there was not an elevator anywhere that I could tell. If you're unloading a vehicle, getting food, back and forth to the beach it's a lot of stair climbing. If you have health aliments that this could impact it's something you would want to keep in mind. Otherwise, it's not big deal. There are a lot of negative reviews of the property manager that can be found online. It almost caused me not to book this listing. I'm glad I went through with it. I had no problems during my stay. During check in the staff was friendly in the office and called me before to see if they needed to make special arrangements for key pickup since I was getting close to their closing time. Check out was simple/quick.

Perfect location!

Perfect location, short walk to beach! Clean updated condo, perfect size for a family! Definitely will be coming back!
