This villa will simply take your breath away and give you the vacation of a lifetime. In the upstairs loft, a fun family recreation room has been created to include lots of game tables such as pool, ping-pong, air hockey, foosball, as well as a movie theater. The 4 bedrooms of this home all come with comfortable beds, walk-in closets, and an updated ensuite (fit for kings and queens). Once outside, guests are greeted to the incredible view of the Gulf Access canal, which guests are given four kayaks to explore around in, or dock your boat on newly done boat dock. There is also a beautifully done outdoor kitchen, dining space, and living space with a TV and electric fireplace included. Beyond that is a stunning Heated Salt Water pool and spa that guests can swim, play, and relax in. Outside, guests have their fair place to pick to relax in as there is an upstairs balcony as well as a backyard patio with firepit.
