Starter Supplies:
To help you settle in, we provide a starter set of essentials:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap, sponge & dish towel(s)
Trash bags for each can
Laundry sheets
Ground coffee or coffee pods
One full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person
Please note: Supplies are not replenished during your stay. We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tissues, spices, coffee filters, cream/sugar, foil, oils, etc.
Important Policies:
One guest must be 25+
Only documented service animals permitted (no emotional support animals)
If a third party is paying, the payer must be added to the booking and e-sign the rental agreement
Check-in after 4PM (early check-in may be offered morning of arrival for $50 if available)
No mail delivery permitted
Rates on open dates are subject to change. We maintain a strict 60-day no refund/cancellation policy, including for weather, hurricanes (June 1–Nov 30), red tide, cold pool temperatures, health issues, travel disruptions, or amenity closures (beaches, pools, elevators, Wi-Fi, roads, restaurants, etc.).
If a date change is allowed (it may not be approved), date changes incur a $50 fee plus any rate difference. No rain checks or compensation will be offered.
Travel insurance — especially “Cancel For Any Reason” coverage — is strongly recommended.

Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items we do not provide include shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, and aluminum foil.
IMPORTANT: If you book this unit but another party will be making the payment, you must add the payer’s email address to the booking, and the payer will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Only the person who pays is authorized to e-sign the rental agreement.
Age Requirement: At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals—only documented service animals.
Rates on open dates are subject to change. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
There is a strict no refund/cancellation policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds due to health conditions, weather conditions, water conditions (including cold water or red tide), or transportation/road conditions, including flight cancellations.
Booking date changes may not be possible. If a date change is approved by the owner, a $50 fee will apply per change. If the new dates are at a lower rate, the difference will not be refunded; if higher, the difference will be charged. Again, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially during Florida’s hurricane season (June 1–November 30).
Check-in is anytime after 4PM. We cannot guarantee that pools will be warm during colder months and will not provide discounts or refunds due to cold pool temperatures.
Please understand the potential aftermath of a hurricane. Closures of restaurants, shops, roads, amenities, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc., may occur and could last weeks or longer. Our owners will uphold the no-refund cancellation policy for any such inconveniences and will not make exceptions. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Some policies offered during booking may include “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) coverage. Please carefully review policy exclusions. If coverage is not offered, you may purchase insurance through a third-party provider. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will not be available under these circumstances.
Early Check-In:
Due to frequent same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting early check-in. Check-in begins at 4PM Eastern. If the unit becomes available early, it may be offered on the morning of arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.
The payer of the booking must sign our rental agreement to ensure that guest instructions are automatically sent at 3PM on the day of arrival.
Mail:
Mail delivery is not permitted, as this is a vacation rental. If you need mail during your stay, we recommend securing a local P.O. Box.
