1. Propreté : Nous vous prions de nous excuser si le niveau de propreté n’a pas répondu à vos attentes. Nous allons renforcer nos protocoles de nettoyage afin de garantir un environnement propre et accueillant à nos futurs locataires. Nous avons assuré plusieurs nettoyages gratuits tout au long de votre séjour.
2. Équipement de cuisine : Nous comprenons que vous considériez l’équipement de cuisine insuffisant. C’est une première en plus de 15 ans de location de cet appartement ; cependant, nous allons réviser notre inventaire pour y inclure davantage d’accessoires essentiels.
3. Balcon : Nous constatons que le balcon est petit et que la table ne peut accueillir que deux personnes. Nous étudierons les possibilités d’amélioration de l’espace extérieur, bien que cela puisse être limité par la structure du bâtiment.
4. Chambres : Nous sommes ravis que les chambres aient été à votre entière satisfaction.
5. Salle de bain et toilettes : Nous allons également revoir l’équipement et l’entretien de la salle de bain et des toilettes afin de les améliorer. Il s’agit d’un équipement standard et c’est la première fois que quelqu’un rencontre un problème avec l’équipement de la salle de bain.
