Just steps from the front door you will find yourself at the wonderful Cook Park & some great coffee spots for that morning coffee.

Both bedrooms are ready for you to drop your luggage off so you can venture out to the wonderful award-winning restaurants, world-class vineyards, boutique shops, trendy cafes, golf courses, national parks, hiking and walking tracks such as Lake Canobolas and Borenore Caves.

The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the living area where you can unwind with a movie or enjoy a local wine or two on the sunny patio accompanied by a BBQ or cheese platter.

This home is in an impeccable location! Just moments from your doorstep you will find the gorgeous Cook Park.
Elephant Park, The Aquatic Centre & some great walking tracks are also very close by.

In a short 10 minute walk you will find yourself in the Orange CBD, where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, shopping, bars and more.

Anything Grows Café & Zona Restaurant are just a few blocks away and are both wonderful for a bite to eat!
Our famous vineyards and cellar doors are as close as 5 minutes by car.

This property is professionally cleaned by our team of regular cleaners who have all been trained to maintain our high quality standards in alignment with the Covid-19 Pandemic.

BOOKING ENHANCEMENTS:
Two days prior to your arrival you will be sent a link to a form where you can request some additional items to make your stay even better!
You can request an early check in or a late checkout that we will approve pending availability and the payment of any necessary fees.
You can also request other enhancements like a bottle of locally produced wine on arrival. Let us know if you have any questions about this process at any stage!
