Cozy, vintage, boho-inspired, 4-season cottage in the heart of Muskoka with a beautiful river-front view and dock to watch the sunset. Only 2 hours from the GTA. 1+3 bedrooms, sleeps 8 including the sun-filled bunkie. Large, private backyard perfect for barbecuing and lounging.

Includes 1 bedroom on the main floor and 3 additional sleeping spaces (2 on the lower floor) including an outdoor bunkie. Large recently renovated kitchen with a breakfast bar. Cozy living room with a propane fireplace on the main floor and a TV and games room on the lower floor. Fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Large backyard with a patio and enclosed fire pit. Beautiful river-front view with a dock surrounding by trees.

Includes access to all spaces except 1 utility room and 1 storage room on the lower floor which will be locked.
Other things to note
House Rules:
1. No smoking indoors. Please remove your shoes while inside.
2. Guests are to wash all dishes and put them away before checking out, garbage is also to be dropped off at the private garbage bins when leaving.
3. We operate on a septic system so please do not place harsh chemicals or grease down the sink. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet.
4. We provide bed linens, duvets with duvet covers, pillows with pillow cases, and throw blankets. Please bring your own towels (not provided) and you may bring your own linens if you prefer.
5. If you are bringing a pet, you are responsible for cleaning any animal waste on the property.
6. No parties. No overnight guests that are not part of the original booking unless permission given by host in advance.

Quick family weekend away

Nice and updated little cottage. Large backyard, and water view across the street. The cottage had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable.

Great property, would visit again

Our group thoroughly enjoyed this secluded and quiet property. It’s spacious backyard and location allowed for a great place to gather and play. The various children’s amenities made the fathers in our group think it’d be perfect for a family visit as well. Note that there is very little cell service, you’ll absolutely need the wifi provided. It’s also worth noting that you may need to bring your own water as the tap water isn’t potable (hardly an unusual thing for a cottage). Robert, the host, was quick to respond to our questions and is very friendly. Town isn’t far away, so anything you’ll need for your visit is a short drive away. We unanimously agreed we’d come back for another cottage weekend in a heartbeat.

Great host, beautiful location

My friends and I were very happy with our stay. Home was neat and comfortable. The view from the dock was gorgeous and the location is a short trip away from town/beaches etc. Would recommend staying here.
