Secluded in its own quiet private neighbourhood make this a must stay residence. Only, 8-minutes from the Sam Houston State University, Only a 3-5 minutes away from fast food places such as Mcdonalds, Chick-fil-a, Subway, and Tacobell, restaurants such as 1836 Steak House, Yummy Yummy Mongolian Grill, and Mama Juanitas Mexican Restaurant. Only 5 minutes from Walmart and Target, and only 7 minutes away from the Elliott T. Bowers Stadium. This is a very central place with lots around for your convenience.

Getting Around:
Uber is readily available and there is plenty of parking for vehicles at the property!

We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.
For your peace of mind, we offer two options:
1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.
2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.
These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.

Just to set proper expectations, our support line is available only until 2 am.
