Riverfront house with a party barn & private boat ramp

Located right off the Trinity River, our home is nestled within 6 acres of tranquility. It has been stylishly furnished so you and your family can enjoy some time away from the bustling world. You will have plenty to do. Fish. Swim. Boat. Bike. Walk. And if that's not enough we have the party barn where you can enjoy some indoor games like table tennis, foosball and the quintessential corn-hole. We offer 2 separate units so you can be with your entire family and yet not be cramped for space.

The property includes one main house with views of the river and a wonderful back patio overlooking the river. The main house has 1 primary bedroom with a king size bed and 1 second bedroom with a twin/twin bunk and twin trundle bed. Both bedrooms have attached bathrooms.
A few steps away there is a secondary mini home that includes a full kitchen. living room, and bathroom. This unit has a queen size sofa bed and a loft area with two queen mattresses. The loft area is accessible via a ladder.

Graduation celebration

The amenities were great! We had all the entertainment we needed without having to leave the property. It was a beautiful location and everything was clean and comfy. Definitely somewhere I would book again!

Absolutley loved it

Everything was amazing. We had a great time but the internet is terrible. I don't recommend trying to work if you will need internet, we could barely watch TV.

Amazing Experience all around!

We ABSOLUTELY WILL be staying here again. The property was everything they said it would be and more. The property manager was polite, friendly and very easy to work with. We have already highly recommended this property to our friends and family that live in the area. So when they have family or friends come to visit who need a place to stay they can refer them here. 💙 Thank you for your hospitality during a very hard time for our family. We rented this property for our family why we had my grandfather’s funeral service.
