Parks- and river-adjacent, it's almost twice as big as many 2 bed, 2 bath apartments; is perfectly oriented to the northeast to ensure deep winter sunshine and cooling summer shade; and is surrounded on three sides by windows and no neighbours. Private, plush, well equipped, the apartment features a big kitchen, six seater dining table, entertaining balcony with outdoor lounges and 2 Queen size bedrooms with Koala brand beds.

In a beautifully quiet corner of West End, tucked in between Davies Park (with its Saturday morning arts and farmers markets), the Brisbane River, and Boundary Street - the bustling heart of the suburb - the apartment is an easy 20 minute walk (or under 5 minute drive) to GOMA, the museums, and South Bank, and a further 5 minutes' walk into the centre of the CBD.

The rapid City Glider bus stops 200 metres away, and runs into the city, Fortitude Valley and to New Farm and Tenerife every 15 minutes, and on weekends, it operates 24 hours a day.

Numerous e-scooters and e-bikes are always minutes away, and the Inner City Bypass and Airport Link mean the domestic and international terminals are an easy 30 minute drive.

Two full-line Woolworths supermarkets are within 10 minutes walk, an Aldi supermarket is 5 minutes' walk, and Coles and Harris Farm Markets are 6 minutes' walk away. Great location and fabulous unit
This property was very comfortable, well appointed with everything one could need and clean. The booking process was very easy and communication with Sam could not be faulted, he was very responsive. It had everything we needed for a 2+ week stay and the morning sun on the balcony was such an added bonus. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet, comfortable well located property to stay in with a very responsive owner.
