Downstairs (no inside stairway) you will find 2 Queen bedrooms connected via a Jack & Jill bathroom. Kick's Kids high end finishes and plush furniture create the perfect landing spot after a long day enjoying the salt and sun!
After tying your boat up to the private floating dock, take a dip in your private pool! Once you're water-logged for the day then you can enjoy the putting green, firepit, or catch an ocean view from the front porch! You will also find two separate enclosed outdoor showers and a laundry room on the lower level.
