The Space:
When you arrive to stay you will be welcomed with a gift of wine and welcome compendium. The apartment block has many amenities for you to enjoy including a pool, tennis court and gym. The apartment is fitted out with high quality furnishings and is suitable for a wide array of visitors to Perth. All linen and bathroom accessories are provided for you. The apartment is business and family ready. Well fit out brand new kitchen and bathrooms are modern, well lit and clean. Laundry facilities provided including a washer and dryer.
There is secure access to the building and apartment and elevator access to the room.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide government photo ID to host as requirement from Property Management Company for using the apartment for short term rental. This ensures safety and security for all guests and apartment owners. Photo Id's will be deleted on checkout. Guests can send the photo ID by completing the check in form, booking channel message or email. Noise level needs to be extremely quiet after 10 pm especially on balaconies. Guests who have gatherings and parties and are asked to leave will not receive a refund. If a guest cancels their booking a refund will be given based on the refund policy, but we reserve the right to withhold a certain percentage of the payment if a third party processing fee is incurred by us, as a result of cancellation.

Beautiful Apartment
My family & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment between the spectacular Kings Park precinct and the city. Would definitely recommend it to anyone with a family and thanks to our host Jeanette for all of her help 👍
