All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.


All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

A great getaway

It was beautiful and clearly recently renovated. It was spacious, clean, and decorated beautifully. The location was great and we had a lovely escape from reality here. We will absolutely book again in the future. If you stay here, don’t forget to sign the guestbook!

We enjoyed our stay here. We did have the cleaner come right after we first checked in, because the seating in the condo needed vacuuming. But the resort front desk was quick and responsive to our concerns.They also brought a vacuum to stay in the condo with us.Everything else was comfortable except the bathtubs. They looked dirty, maybe because of sandy feet but they just seemed like they could have been cleaned better.Location of this unit to pools and entrance/exit to sea trail was convenient. We would consider this unit again or at least another unit in the same area.

Great condo

Location is close to the beach, clean condo. This is the second year we have stayed at this unit. I was disappointed they removed the shells and log in book that was on the sofa table. I thought that was a really cool idea last year. Overall we love this unit, could use better pillows. (Thats my only complaint) Highly recommend it! 🤗
