Great property. This was our second time staying here. Very clean, well equipped and the host is very responsive. The location can’t be beat. Easy access to all of Napa Valley. We would highly recommend.

Wonderful Home

We spent the month of May at this lovely home. Newly remodeled. Everything is new! Perfectly located in central Napa Valley. Nicely stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Beautiful backyard that we enjoyed daily! Across from Star vineyard. If you want to buy wine from that vineyard B cellars makes/sells it. We bought some to remind us of our trip. We would definitely return and recommend.

So glad we went with it

Prior to booking, we were a little concerned that the location of this property might a little bit removed from the things that we usually liked to do in Napa. Within a few days into our trip, we came to love the location of the home and had a whole new Napa Valley experience. The home itself is lovely. Upon arrival the house was very clean and the neutral colors of the interior created a relaxing environment. The home is surrounded by vineyards and places to explore. Napa is famous for wine, but don't miss out on the food! A few local recommendations - Pick up quesadillas from La Luna Market (right around the corner). Enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee and the beautiful grounds at Inglenook (across the street). Choose a bottle of wine and charcuterie and picnic at V. Sattui (just up the street). Explore the museum and gift shop at The Culinary Institute in St. Helena. Don't overlook the little theater in St. Helena for some unique movie "experiences. And, for cooking ingredients, be sure to visit Sunshine Market. This is just a snapshot of the many things to do with in 20 minutes of this adorable home.

Rutherford neighborhood treasure

This was a fabulous home with a perfect location. The owners did an outstanding job ensuring the home was equipped with everything needed for an extended Napa stay. The bedrooms were cozy, with comfortable bedding and ample closet space. The main living spaces were bright and airy, and the kitchen is a cook’s dream. The outside spaces were also incredible. We truly enjoyed the privacy of the backyard and hottub, and spent tons of time enjoying the beauty of the Star Vineyard and Vaca Mountain range from the front patio. The location of the home cannot be beat. It is in the heart of Napa Valley and conveniently located near charming towns, incredible wineries and wonderful restaurants. The neighbors were also very friendly. Most importantly, the hosts were very accommodating and responsive to all our questions and requests. They offered amazing suggestions and made us feel very welcome in their charming home. We look forward to staying here again.

Paradise in Rutherford

We had an amazing month at this house. Location, location, location! It was great to be in between St. Helena and Yountville. We were in the middle of everything including all of our favorite vineyards and restaurants. The house had everything we needed to relax and entertain. The backyard and grounds are landscaped beautifully. It was nice to have the hot tub and fire pit. This house is furnished very well, and all is still in perfect condition, including the bedding. Which is sometimes hard to find with a rental. There was never a time that we felt that we didn’t have everything we wanted or needed at the house. Caroline and Ricco were very attentive to any questions or needs we had during our stay. If you’re considering this house, don’t hesitate. You will love it!

Wine Country trip, Fall 2022

We spent a month in this lovely home and it was perfect! The home was beautiful and seemed brand new, the view of the vineyard out front was amazing, and the location was centrally located to all areas of the valley. The home was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the owners left us a nice welcome gift of snacks and wine. The home is very comfortable and beautifully decorated, thank you for sharing it with us.

Quite simply the BEST family accommodation we have stayed at.

1155 Grape Lane is a complete gem of a property. We stayed for one month in August/September and we’re truly wowed by Caroline’s home. It has been completed remodeled and is totally gorgeous and utterly spotless throughout. The home is stocked with every necessity - as well as a whole host of other non-essential items which Caroline simply provides for her guests. Gorgeous garden too. Location is top notch, walking distance to all Of Rutherford’s first rate wineries and Oakville’s too. We even took a stroll one afternoon to the Auberge du Soleil. Literally can’t fault this fabulous home, or it’s fabulous host. If you’re considering 1155 Grape Lane for your stay, my advice is to just book it immediately. The home is just perfect.
