This modern unit is located in centre of New Lynn, close to many bars, restaurants, Lynn Mall shopping centre, cinema and New Lynn interchange. Internet available for use. The bright, spacious unit equip with everything you need for comfortable stay, fully kitchen with Nespresso coffee mashing. Unit has 2x bedrooms with queen bed, couch in lounge area, air mattress and fold up spare bed by request ( during reservation ). Double glazing & heat pump.We have a small of selection of tea and coffee.

Security cameras just outside the property are 24/7 and meth tests are done after single guest!

Nice location close to everything

We loved our stay here! It was central to everything in a great neighborhood. It was clean, modern, and quiet. We even had a family of ducks greet us one night as we pulled in the driveway.

Our stay at Karaca Street was great. It was a central hub with many amenities, restaurants, shopping, malls, etc. all around easy to get to downtown area and wonderful host. Thank you for our stay when we come back, we will definitely look into using this property again.

Nice flat, great location

We stayed for a month (visiting family in Auckland), the flat is very tidy and well equipped for cooking and washing. The beds are excellent. Please note the kitchen has a very black theme (see photos), which can make finding things difficult! Great access to Auckland and surroundings.

Small modern space

Clean, tidy, updated unit in group of 4. Be ideal for a couple. It can sleep 5, but there are no chairs apart from out side. Owners were great to communicate with. Shower was awesome
