This 2,850 square-foot Villa (plus a total of 1,700 square foot terraces) includes anything and everything you need for the perfect luxurious vacation.

Montecristo Estates is a private, secured gated community. The entire staff is fluent in English and Spanish and they treat you like royalty. You will enter through 3 different secured gates (with attendants/24 hrs), guests allowed to enter after 8AM - 9PM.

Your stay will includes uperb daily maid service, as well as full access and room charging privileges at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and Pacifica Spa Resort directly below, as well as the Pueblo Bonito Rose and Blanco located in the town of Cabo (free new luxury bus takes you there). This free shuttle service is provided in luxurious buses to and from the Rose and is provided every half hour (~15 min to town). Very easy walk to puerto Paraiso mall/marina and lots of great restaurants/bars and an amazing variety of activities awaits your family & friends!

The 1000-acre estate is designed around the spectacular ocean views afforded by the tiered design of the landscape overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This is the beach where the movie "Troy" was filmed, baby turtle releases during the fall season are done at the beach near the turtle sanctuary (just ask the concierge for days/times).

"We are an international family and are traveling extensively throughout the world. Montecristo has been an outstanding experience, a hidden diamond in a privileged secluded location with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. Although the Resort complex is a time share, Montecristo villas as a private community, which gives it a lot of value as you can use the vast dining infrastructure of the different resorts while living in your own villa with private heated pool and jacuzzi and high end amenities. We rented a week from Dec 20 to 27, 2017 through Ted Mc Donald ("Tomasito"), who is a very well known co-proprietor and outstanding host, giving us by far above average attention and value during our stay: Ted helped us to get a very nice location within Montecristo, and procured us a personalized concierge, Karen, who is very attentive of all customer needs. This year, the whale season started early and we could literally see them from our villa without having to charter a boat. A fabulous experience! Some recommendations: although Ted offers you free SUV pickup at Los Cabos airport, it is recommended to rent a car during your stay, in order to have adequate mobility. There is transportation within the resort complex, but sometimes shuttles take time to arrive and/or drop you off. While there are plenty of dining options available, the upscale restaurants are reserved for adults (which is fine). That's why we loved to cook at our villa, again to buy groceries you preferably would have a car to drive to Cabo San Lucas (15' aprox.). All in all highly recommended, we will definitively return!
