Pros: the dock is very nice and it has river access. Customer Service was very friendly to assist with a door code (was unable to resolve the issue). Cons: The river is down due drought and the draining of the nearby lakes to repair the dams will not be complete until 2025. The home is divided into three floors, and the ground floor does not connect to the other two floors (has a separate access door). The home smelled of mildew, there were bugs in the showers, and the front door access code did not work 3 of the 4 days of our stay. The primary bath had a jacuzzi tub that had an added shower head with shower doors and saloon style doors on the bathroom that had no privacy.

Nice place

Nice location. Lots of room. Lots of broken/damaged doors, furniture and such. Massive spider webs on everything kinda freaked some of us out. Place has potential to be awesome rather than just good. Need to put some money into the place. Plumbing was very sensitive, and had to lung a couple times. Good hot water throughout the place. Not disappointed but not really impressed either.

Perfect for our weekend!

We enjoy a lot the back patio! It was perfect for my family and myself! Plenty of beds for all of us. Will rent again. Just next time taking our own frying pans, we do a lot of cooking and the once there weren’t enough.

Wonderful property

Our family enjoyed Thanksgiving at this house and the backyard was the best. The house held us well, there was plenty of room for us to not be on top of each other. The backyard though, we can see this being a great little getaway for the summer.
