Step up to the first level and discover a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare, cook, serve, and entertain with ease. The kitchen seamlessly connects to an open-plan dining and lounge area featuring cozy couches, a flat-screen TV, reverse-cycle heating and cooling, and a charming Coonara wood heater – ideal for those crisp Phillip Island evenings.
From the lounge, step out onto the beautiful deck, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the kids play in the secure backyard.
This Phillip Island accommodation is pet-friendly (by application only, conditions apply), so your four-legged family member can join in the fun. Please note, pets must remain off the furniture and are not permitted in the bedrooms.
The property boasts four bedrooms, three of which are located on the second level. These include two queen beds and a tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top), making it perfect for families. Also on this level is the main bathroom with a combined bath and shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry for added convenience.
Head up another level to the second lounge area, complete with split system heating and cooling, and unwind with a drink on the north-facing deck. The master bedroom is also located on this level and includes a queen bed and a private ensuite.
