The beds were comfortable and clean. However the kitchen table had a sticky residue that made it unable to be used.

In booking through VRBO we expected a full house and it was a basement apartment. On the inside the apartment was clean however all of the windows were filthy and not clear. The folding chairs outside were dirty and the base of the entry way had an open drain with a piece of pipe sticking up causing a hazard. The bed in the second bedroom from the entry way had a broken support. When we arrived the towels folded in the closet were very damp and had to be put in the dryer. There were shops nearby. The owner did respond to our requests in a timely manner.
