Lovely home and neighborhood. Fully stocked and amazing outdoor space. Really enjoy this property and look forward to staying there when we visit the mountains.
Lovely, well appointed house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Lots of room, comfortable beds and a great outdoor entertainment area with a hot tub. Close to Flagstaff's downtown and activities. Highly recommend this property. We would definitely rent again
We had an amazing stay close to all major attractions (Sedona, Grand Canyon, monument valley, etc.) with great house and great host. I recommend this property!!!!
Loved this home. 5 of us had plenty of room to spread out. Very clean and had everything we needed. Back yard was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Holiday Rental
Booked this for our son's 13th birthday trip and had the best time! We loved how the house was decorated for Christmas. Homey, cozy, comfy, and spacious. We'd definitely book this place again.
I've stayed in a lot of rental properties down through the years and this, by far, was one of the best!! The home is cozy and beautifully decorated with the most comfortable, adjustable beds we've ever slept on. The back yard boasts a firepit and built in hot tub we used several times a day. The owners were wonderful to work with which only enhanced our absolutely wonderful stay. We will be back!!
Our family of 4 joined another family of 4 for a quick getaway up north. The hosts Jeff and Michelle were very responsive and had really thought of everything one would need on their stay. Ideal location, beautifully appointed interior and and a beautiful backyard and deck overlooking the pines made this a new favorite for us. We'll definitely be back.

Family XMas Getaway
We made a quick trip up north from the valley to do fun winter things with cousins & kids! EVERYTHING about this home made this experience better! Beautiful decor; Christmas decorations; a few toys; throw blankets; plenty of coffee & a few treats! We will absolutely utilize this property again.
Absolutely amazing property. Small details like snacks, bottle of wine, throw blankets, robes… the list could go on. I have never had a vrbo that was so well stocked. Anything you could possibly need in a kitchen was there. Management was responsive and so helpful. The house was spotless, smelled like heaven and all beds were comfortable. We want to return again! Thank you. What a great stay.
This is by far the easiest 5 star review I’ve ever left! We’re a family of 7 that has travelled a lot and this house was the best rental we’ve stayed in! It has absolutley everything you could possibly need and more! The hospitality was unmatched here, there were toiletries, robes, snacks and even a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. They went above and beyond here! The outdoor space was phenomenal and where we spent most of our time! The hot tub was fantastic for stargazing and the trees were perfect for our hammocks that we hung up and relaxed in most of the day! Location is also fantastic, just 10 minutes from downtown Flag to enjoy meals and the farmers market on Sunday. We’re already planning on our next stay here and highly recommend to any family looking to enjoy Flagstaff!

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay!
A pleasant escape from the daily grind! The home was stocked well with extra towels in rooms and kitchen well appointed, everything you would need to feel welcome. The host even left a bottle of wine... nice touch! The location was perfect for our itinerary, concert at Pepsi Amphitheatre, Lake Mary and all the downtown Flag has to offer was just a few minute drive in either direction! Loved the backyard, very nicely done with the jacuzzi, sitting areas and deck... even the backyard chimes were so relaxing and beautiful to listen to! Trail system right out the back gate or front door, no need to get in the car for a nice walk, it is all right there. Great neighborhood with park for kids and it was being used all the time, brought back memories of neighborhoods I grew up in! The host was responsive and accommodating! We will definitely come back for a longer stay next time!!
Property was nice and very clean. Beds were soft and comfy. Heat was a little difficult to work. It took us about 2 days to get the right temp and it was a little hard to get right temp in whole house. Did not understand and didn't mind doing it but why do we need to strip beds and stack all used towels for cleaning people... when we pay a cleaning fee. Welcome letter taked about local tv and free channels we could watch but tv remote could not be found. Only remote was firestick for each tv. Good thing we had our own subscription to watch Netflix. Even though there was a few issues the home was nice and a great place to stay.

Great Place for Family Time
We spent our Thanksgiving in this property and we had everything we might need. The place invites to gathering in the common areas. The Ponderosa Trail is an option for those who enjoy outdoors also.
Very nice house with well appointed kitchen with just about any small appliance you might need-even a vacuum cleaner on each level and flashlights. They thought of just about everything. Linens were nice too with fluffy towels. Had a problem with keyless entry not working but worked out with property manager. We couldn’t use the deck due to lots of rain and the cushions getting soaked but you can’t blame anyone but Mother Nature for that one but we did utilize the fire pit in the yard one night. Would stay here again!
