Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills, this three-bedroom, 3-and-1-half bath condo is perfect for short and long stays! Island Breeze offers convenience, comfort, and proximity to all the best shops, bars, restaurants, attractions, and beaches in the Outer Banks!

Island Breeze was specially designed with our guests in mind. From the gas grill and hot tub area and entertainment floor to the cozy open floor plan, thereï¿½s enough space for just about everyone.

Additionally, guests can enjoy access to the community pool that has both a lazy river and a splash pad, easy beach access that is a short drive from the property, and sunset views from the sound front community pier. Launch kayaks, bottom fish, or take in the surroundings while visiting this area.

Guests can explore the area and nearby attractions including the Wright Brothers National Monument, the historic Bodie Island Lighthouse, Roanoke Island Festival Park, and easy day trips to Hatteras Island, Duck, and Corolla.

Island Breeze is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

This property has 3 parking spots for guests: one in the driveway, one in the garage, and one designated overflow spot. (Guests are permitted access to the garage.) Please note that there are also several first-come, first-served visitor parking spots.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 3 to May 19. Beginning May 24, the pool will be open daily and close on September 30 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

**Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**

Check-In begins at 4PM. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10AM.

Great Stay

The house itself was very clean and check in was super easy! It was just as pictured and great when traveling with a larger group. It had everything you need for your stay and easy access to shopping, food and beach. We drove to the beach everyday and used the pool on property when it wasn’t raining.

Amazing property and great for families!

My husband and our kids stayed here during our vacation to the OBX. My Mom and sister and her kids were able to come visit. It was lovely to all fit comfortably . The unit was very clean and brand new. The kitchen is large enough for medium to larger families. The basement arcade and hot tub was a BONUS! We cannot wait to come again !
