**SKI-IN/SKI-OUT CONDOMINIUMS IN THE HEART OF SILVER LAKE VILLAGE**



Sterling Lodge condominiums are located just steps away from Silver Lake

Village, mid-mountain at Deer Valley Resort and on the free Park City Transit

route. These three- and four-bedroom residences feature a fully equipped

kitchen, fireplace, jetted tubs, complimentary wireless Internet, private

outdoor hot tub, washer and dryer and underground parking. Complimentary in-

town transportation, provided by Cadillac, offers access to the resort and

Park City's Historic Main Street.



Sterling Lodge 111 master bedroom, on the upper level, has a king bed with a

fireplace and en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, jetted tub

and a double sink. This bedroom has patio access.



The second bedroom, on the lower level, has a king bed with en suite bathroom.

The bathroom has a combination shower and tub with a double sink. The third

bedroom, on the lower level, has a queen bed and a twin bed with en suite

bathroom. The bathroom has a combination shower and tub with a double sink.

There is an additional twin bed under the staircase. The residence has an

additional half bathroom on the main level.



This residence also has a full kitchen, fireplace, sofa sleeper, patio,

private hot tub, ski in and ski out access and Blu-Ray player.
