The space :
By booking this accommodation, you will have exclusive access to the two-storey apartment and its terrace.

The apartment contains a kitchen equipped with the necessary for cooking (cooking utensils, utensils, cutlery, crockery, basic necessities, etc.) as well as a dining table for 8 people and 4 high chairs where the island of the kitchen.

The living room includes a 3-seater sofa and two accent chairs, and is furnished with a smart TV, allowing you to watch movies directly from your Netflix or other account.

There are also three private bedrooms, with three queen beds, a bunk bed, and blackout curtains. Each of the rooms are equipped with a work desk and chair.

There is one bathroom per floor. In each bathroom there is a bathtub-shower, a vanity as well as a washer and dryer, which saves you from running to the laundry room to do your laundry.

Also, there is a game room equipped with a foosball table.

Finally, take advantage of the terrace, with its coffee table and two chairs.

Wonderful!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at the property. The apartment is very well layed-out for 9 people and the 2 bathrooms were greatly appreciated. Beautiful & functional full kitchen. St-Roch is a very walkable neighbourhood with great restaurants and bars, plus only a 5-10 minute cab ride to anywhere you'd want to visit in town. We will stay again.

A lovely apartment with some notes

The apartment is well located in the city close to the tourist resort. It was very convenient to go to a cafe and enjoy a moment in the city. Because of that, parking is a big issue. We spent hours to get a parking space, and got a ticket in the end. So it would be easier to go by train, where the train station is in a walking distance. The apartment is very clean and well decorated. The steep stairs to the apartment is a big challenge to seniors and young kids. It would be nice to be noted beforehand. There are good number of rooms and toilets. Nice balcony! The downside of the bedrooms are, the beds and pillows are too soft, feel like water beds. Some of us ended up sleeping on the floor. Another thing is, there are no extra garbage bags. Understood it is not easy to accommodate a variety of visitors, especially in the city apartment, it's better to let people know what it would be like before they choose their destination as they can adjust their expectations. In the end, it would be their memory for a very long time.

Very nice

Everything was great. Plenty of room. I had the impression before arrival that we would be closer to old Quebec, but we were about a mile away. I would stay here again.
