Our amazing home is ready for someone to come and enjoy. 3 acres of a private lakeshore property with lake access. Property backs onto the "Great Canadian Trail" for unlimited walking trails. 10 mins to Grand Beach for cross country skiing, 10 mins to North Star Trails for unsurmounted sledding trails. Our out your front door onto the lake for some of the best walleye fishing on the continent. Also an added bonus separate building with a home gym is available for use. Hot Tub also available for use. Breathtaking views of the lake from all common areas of the house. This is truly Lakeside Living!

We built and live in the house currently. We are semi-retired now and seeking to spend more time with family out of province. This is our loved home for a portion of the year, so we are seeking renters that will love and respect it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

We built this house to take advantage of the amazing views of Lake Winnipeg. Our property also has direct lake access with stairs and also a slope to access it via snowmobile, quad in winter. Very few properties have this feature on the lake.
