The Space:

Polanco is one of Mexico City's most sought-after neighborhoods — walkable, safe, and packed with world-class restaurants, museums, and green spaces. Chapultepec Park and Parque Lincoln are both under a 10-minute walk from your door, and the metro is just one block away when you need it.

The apartment itself is a bright, open-plan 861 sq ft / 80 sqm space where natural light fills the living and sleeping areas throughout the day. There's plenty of room to spread out — whether you're unwinding after a day of exploring or catching up on work at the dedicated desk and office chair set up in the living area.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a full-size stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, plus a dining table that seats up to 8. The bedroom has a queen bed with built-in storage to keep things tidy, a dedicated workspace and fast WiFi runs throughout the apartment — essential if remote work is part of your stay.

A couple of things worth knowing: the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator — stairs are well-lit but may not suit guests with limited mobility — and windows face an interior airshaft, you can expect a surprisingly quiet stay.

A staffed security desk is there 24 hours, making check-in smooth, whatever time you arrive.

Guest Access:

There is a person on duty at the front desk/reception area 24/7 who will be there to help check you in and provide you with a key. You will be required to show your ID upon check-in.

The Neighborhood:

Polanco neighborhood has so much to offer and it’s “THE place to stay” in Mexico City if you love great shopping, impressive museums, and proximity to big parks and sites. For example you'll just be 1.6 km | 1 mile from the famous Chapultepec Park, the Natural History Museum and Parque Lincoln and about 8.3 km | 5.2 miles from Centro Historico (Historic Center) and the heart of the city; home to many of Mexico City’s most iconic landmarks.

You’ll be 1 block from the metro station and Polanco is considered one of the safest of all the neighborhoods in the city. It’s posh and glamorous with a mix of modern architecture and classic Spanish colonial revival buildings. The combination of old and new gives this neighborhood a dynamic and exciting energy!

This was our first trip to Mexico City and good friends recommended the Polanco area. This apartment was centrally located with someone at the front desk at all times. Every morning, we bought a cup of coffee just around the corner and then spent the day sightseeing. There is a small kitchen, but there are so many excellent restaurants within walking distance that we ate all of our meals out. The photos show large front windows, but this apartment is in the back of the building and the source of light comes from air shafts. You are either looking at a stucco wall or into another apartment. We kept the blinds closed. The bathroom shown in the photo doesn't resemble the current, dated bathroom at all. The tiny shower has a door that doesn't stay closed and a shower head that is barely functional. After long active days, we dreaded taking showers. We are frequent travelers and have stayed in all sorts of places. We just found it difficult to feel comfortable here.

Few suggestions

The floor and tables were very dusty. I think foreigners prefer white bed linen because it purposefully shows when they are not clean I would add a small box of tissue paper and a roll of paper towel Also we prefer white towels I convinced people would be willing to pay a few more dollars for these conveniences Perhaps locals don’t care about color of linen and towels The dish washer sponge smells, it would be better to cut those in half and toss after use Those are just suggestions I liked it
