Overall the accommodations were great, pictures of place were accurate and beds were comfortable. Small issues were on the ski in and out. We were unable to find paths that didn’t require you to take off skis and walk a bit. Also floor boards were squeaky, so in early morning you needed to walk carefully to ensure you did not wake up others.

The house was comfortable to 3 generations to enjoy a long weekend in the mountains. Everyone was able to sit around the dinner table and to relax in front of the fire. There was plenty of room for sleeping too.
Clean cabin, house was as expected. Well stocked with linens and toiletries. Kitchen was well stocked. Close to the mountain and local restaurants/bars. Staff was communicative throughout stay whenever we needed to be in touch. Pricey but not so relatively speaking for the area. Would recommend overall.

Comfortable from when you walk in.
Everything you need to ski, eat, sleep, relax.
Beautiful views of mountain trails.
Very quiet at night.
We will do this again.
We had a very comfortable stay. The unit was very clean and the kitchen fully stocked making it easy for us to cook our own meals. Although it can sleep 10 people, there are only enough dining chairs for 6 people.
The unit was very close to Bear Lodge in Killington but is not at a ski in/ski out location even if there is snow.
The property was great but unfortunately the lifts were not open for us to make use of the ski on and off. There was a blizzard the first night we needed up with no electricity, it was fixed the next day and the management Reimbursed us for that night. Easy to communicate with them.

Lara was very gracious during the challenging time after the blizzard. Vermont works hard at getting electricity up and running after serious times like that. We were glad to be able to work with her.

No ski lift to mountain as said in rrental
No. Ski lift from rental had to get up 7:30 am to drive them. Waste of $$$ for that

Hi Gail, we were sorry the lift did not operate during your stay but we can not control the weather. We do specifically list the ski home trail and lift is weather dependent. Should you return to the area, please reach out to us directly for our returning guest discount.

Our stay was great although this is NOT ski in ski out. A couple of us tried it and was more of a bushwack.
The place met the needs of our two families. We had a few power outages which is not the responsibility of the property manager and they tried to be helpful. The gas stove top allowed us to make pancakes and enjoyed the wood fireplace while the power was out. Prop manager was responsive to a few other of my requests. Walkway and driveways were cleared of snow quickly

The property met all of our needs with 2 small complaints. The bottom floor bathroom lights didn’t work. We assume there was a blown fuse because there’s an electric dry sauna adjacent to the bathroom. We were there for such a short time that we could deal with it and didn’t escalate the issue to the property manager. This property is also listed as ski in/out, but it’s more hike in/out. It’s an uphill hike to the connecting trail to the lift, and no one in my group could find the trail that is supposed to run behind the house after several attempts with cycling the sunrise lift, so we had to hike back to the house too. The sunrise village area has repeating building names, so we thought we found our building number only to realize it was a different address, which further added to the confusion of skiing back down to the property. They need better signage for skiers to get back to the various properties throughout the community.

Thanks for staying with us.
Our property management team would have come over to fix the light if you had let us know there was a problem.
Sorry for the confusion about the Sunrise Village building names. We don't have any control over the names or the signage as we only manage a number of properties there.
It is a little bit of a hike from this particular property to the trails. I will be sure to change the description to make people aware of this.
Please come back to see us again soon.
