It was an amazing space. I loved the back yard being fenced off. Wish my stay could’ve been extended but someone else had already booked. Spacious kitchen and nice bathrooms with a workspace. Just wish rooms had tvs

This home is listed as a “new home in gentrifying area” — I am not sure what they meant by this in the listing. However, here is an honest review of the home (that I would have wanted to read/known before booking). The house was built in 1998. It’s not new. I think they have done a decent job updating the home. However, the home is very much in a rough part of town. There a abandoned vehicles all around, trash/litter… and transitional homeless people by the dozens around the house. The home has a nice deck and fenced in backyard, which was nice for me as a dog owner. However, just on the other side of the fence is a bus stop. People congregate at this bus stop 24/7. People sleep outside this stop. If you are comfortable with these surroundings, don’t hesitate to book this home. If the presence of homeless people causes you concern, don’t book this house. Also, a previous review said the house smelled of smoke. I texted the owner to confirm that this had been eradicated. IT HAS NOT. The house smells of smoke. I went out and bought two candles and febreeze EXTRA strength. I sprayed the curtains, carpets, and beds… still bad. I think it is in the walls. Also, the couch had such a stink oder of BO on the armrest especially on the left side) that I couldn’t sit on that end of the couch (even with multiple layers of febreeze). All in all, I book this place with like 20 hours in a advance so I’m glad I had something — would I book it again? No thank you. Also the knives are dullest
