Welcome to Turtle Cove! There are 2 complete houses that are perfect for 2 families traveling together. This neighborhood has multiple parks & boat ramps for easy access to the lake. Included with the home are kayaks, lily pad, SUPs along with a brand-new boat dock with a lift & firepit! It is located in a quiet cove right off the open water portion of Lake LBJ! So grab your kids and come explore Turtle Cove!

• Bedroom 1: King Bed– Sleeps 2
• Bedroom 2: 1 Twin over Twin Bunk with 1 Trundle and an individual Twin Bed - Sleeps 3-4

Guest Access:
Guests have access to both homes including the boat slip, front yard at the lake house, back yard at the lake view house. Across the street from the lake house there is a lot and extra parking in front of the storage building next to lake view home.

The Neighborhood:
Granite Shoals has multiple POA parks and boat ramps available for guests to use.

Other Things to Note:
Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $65 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

This property is not dog friendly!

Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.

Great place

Great houses - very clean and updated. Description was misleading in that it’s two houses but NOT right next to each other. One house on lake and one house across the street and two houses down

Spring Break 2023

Two families of 5 stayed at this property. We had a great time. Even though it was a little cold, there was still plenty to do. Smores by the fire, fishing, grilling, watching March madness games from the patio TV. The kids even got in the water a couple times when the sun was out. The only thing I'd say to add to the listing is that there is one house right on the water and one house across the street and over a bit. That was not super clear. I thought one property had two homes on it. But, I will say that is not a big deal at all. Everything worked out. Both families hung out at the lake house outside most of the time. The internet was a bit spotty at the lake house from time to time, but again, not a big deal when you're enjoying the lake.
