The condo was very clean and came with a nice welcome bag of toiletries and starter supplies. They had plenty of towels and nice soaps. Bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to fix/cook a meal. We had a problem with the freezer being over frosted and the refridgetor not getting cold. They sent someone to look at it and try to fix it. Our perishables needed to be thrown away and we couldn't bring leftovers home due to the warm fridge but we didn't let it ruin our time. We were only there for a short stay anyway. The fridge was working better the day we left. Hopefully they can get it fully working again before more guests arrive. I thought the condo was nicely appointed and would def stay again. Perfect for 2 people.

Great stay! Looked as shown. The bed was comfortable, however, there was a large foam pad on top, so beware if you require a firm bed. The water pressure was great in the shower- just need to be careful that the curtain stays completely closed (and it does have some good weights on it to help with that). We were happy to find small beach chairs to carry down to the beach (very handy) and fresh supplies when we walked in- the host was great! I will say, the walls might be a bit thin (we were awoken by neighbors yelling in the halls and there rooms from 1:30-5:00am on Christmas day). The location was great- right on the beach and a short walk to downtown Lauderdale-by-the-sea and close to shops if anything is needed. As stated in the listing, you have to use the valet parking if you have a car- and no public parking is available anywhere nearby, so costs racked up a bit. Everything was provided in the kitchen; standard coffee pot, ninja blender, ice cube maker and ice trays, and mini stove top worked great.

The condo was great ! Exceptionally clean & modern, Everything was in great working condition. My only comment would be that it is time for a new coffee maker. The hot plate where the pot sits is pretty rusted out. Other than that you can't beat the view and the bed was extremely comfortable.Love that there are restaurants and a tikii bar on site.

Disappointing Stay

I was disappointed with this rental. The place was not as clean as it should have been—guest information book was dirty, a less-than-fresh smell in the room, dirty chair blanket and other cleaning concerns. There was outdated food items left behind, which felt careless, and the guest welcome bag was filled with cheap, expired items. Overall, it didn’t feel well-maintained or thoughtfully prepared. Definitely not up to the standard I expected.

Don't Stay for Spring Break

Proximity to beach was amazing and views from room were great. We appreciated having beach chairs. Close location to restaurants and grocery store (for walking) was a plus. Negatives would be that it is clear this is run by a company and not a person that has personal love for the unit. Upon arrival, an overwhelming smell of fragranced cleaner will greet you. This was easily remedied with opening balcony doors. There were some stains on the sheets. Otherwise the place felt very clean. Unfortunately because of spring break, we were awakened at 2:30 am with yelling and running in the hallways. This lasted until after 4 am. Then at 6:30 am someone set off the fire alarm for the whole building. When we tried calling the number given us (this was at 3:30 am, after an hour of shenanigans), we were basically told nothing could be done. We tried asking the front desk about security, and they just told us to try to find the guard at the tiki bar. The next day, the guard at the tiki bar told us that the problem is there is no one on guard through the night. The rental company made it clear to us that there is nothing they can do and no retribution if you are kept up in the night due to other guests.

We didn't have a car and enjoy walking so this location was great for us! Stayed 4 nts. There's a fun Tiki bar & restaurant with entertainment. Condo HOA rules pool area closes at dusk. Consider the balcony as just a window. Birds rule and it fits only two bar stools. After someone finally came to clean the stools & balcony, we pulled stools inside. Communication was easy by text but it we had a couple of times when the reply said that something would be dropped off in an hour or two, it showed up the next day. The unit is very roomy!

Post Holiday Weekend Getaway for Two

Just what we needed! Despite the less than perfect beachy weather, we had a fabulous weekend made wonderful by our stay in this great unit with friendly staff and amazing food at the property’s two restaurants - beachside cafe and incredible Italian restaurant! We got valet parking and were treated very nicely by the attendants! Thanks so much for a memorable stay…we would love to come back!

Anniversary Trip

While the rental has been updated, the Resort itself is a bit dated. Our biggest disappointment was the balcony. It is tiny and less than two feet in depth. If someone is setting on one of the stools, they will have to get up so you can squeeze by. There is no room for a table so enjoying breakfast or lunch on the balcony is not an option. Not sure if smoking is allowed in other units, but while on the balcony, cigarette smoke and marijuana were very strong. If you are bringing a car, valet parking (the only option) is reasonable at $18/day, however dropping off and picking up is a hot mess. Location was just OK. Lauderdale by the Sea is within walking distance and has several nice dining options, however we encountered several homeless people walking there and back. Not sure if I would be comfortable walking the route late at night. The Italian restaurant on site is very good and would recommend. The tiki bar has decent food as well, however the drinks seemed to be a bit watered down. As far as suggestions, I think some sort of alarm clock or universal charging base would be really useful. Also an entryway door mat would also help with keeping sand from being all over the floor.

This condo is beautiful! Totally redone inside, with a great view of the ocean and pool area. Loved listening to the waves, and watching the sunrise every morning! The bed was super comfortable and even better the pillows were super comfy! I hate sleeping on flat pillows, these were anything but that! The kitchen was really nice and a great place to fix breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Great space for 2 people. We did eat at the Tiki Grill several times, and the food was delicious! We also went to the Super Market which took about 7 min to walk to buy groceries and goodies. The Dunkin Donuts was also a great find that was right there in the same complex. McDonalds is literally across the street as well. We walked to Lauderdale By the Sea (20 min. walk) and found fun shopping and wonderful food there. The Aruba Cafe was FABULOUS! Service is a little slow but worth the wait! Try the Bimini Bread! We also found the gem of Circut, a car service that will take you there for free, make sure you tip the wonderful drivers who provide this service. We got the opportunity to watch fireworks two nights in a row for the holiday weekend! It was such a fun place, but mostly this condo was very well taken care of! A piece of heaven away from home! We LOVED the email and the book in the condo that was put together nicely with everything needed for a perfect stay! Thank you! We will be back!

Amazing View

We loved this place! The location was within walking distance of so many wonderful places to eat and get groceries. The Tiki Bar located on the same property was perfect for lunch and drinks. The room was just as pictured and included beach chairs so we didn't need to rent any (handles are broken, but they still worked). Upon arrival we had a welcome bag with essentials and a bottle of wine in the fridge!! Loved that we could get to the beach in 5 min. from the room. Everything was amazing and we plan to come back!
