This neat and tidy 2-bedroom home offers a cosy yet very comfortable stay. The living area has a comfortable 3-seater chaise lounge and 2-seater lounge, plus a TV, 4-seater dining table and ceiling fans. The kitchen is well equipped, with a full sized fridge/freezer, oven and microwave.

Sit out on the front patio area at the table and chairs to catch the refreshing breeze with a peaceful garden outlook.

Great location

This property is definitely in need of some TLC, but now that Best Of Magnetic has taken over the management of it, that will hopefully change. I won't mention it all here, as I've promised Best of Magnetic to send them a detailed list of items that need their attention as well as general recommendations. The location is perfect though - supermarket, bottle shop, restaurants, beach & even medical centre only a short walk away. And the bus stop is literally on the doorstep.

Very comfortable home in a lovely and quiet location. Bus stop out the front walk to Nelly Bay

Quiet, convenient location. Clean with everything you need to be self sufficient. Washing machine, pegs etc a bonus. Great bird life. Bus stop out the front. What more could you ask for.
