What makes this property unique

Safe brand-new subdivision surrounded by beautiful trees, located between George St. and Kettle Creek Golf & Country Club. We smile and say hi each other to our neighbors on the street.

This is a new subdivision. Houses are being built far north of us. Sometimes, we can hear a little noise from new constructing house in day time. Really quiet at night and weekend.
