Rental License number 2025-10-31-006 Welcome to Sunnyside Beach House in Kokomo Beach Club, a 5 bedroom vibrant getaway located just a short walk away to the beach and beautiful Lake Erie. 1 Main floor bedroom Queen bed, 4 Queen luxury mattresses, bedrooms upstairs also set of bunkbeds in one of the rooms upstairs they are only to be used by small children not adults.We supply high end Hotel mattresses you will love our large chef style kitchen with absolutely everything in this kitchen you will need! Satellite TV Netflix , Prime and Paramount also have use to 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 3 bikes and 3 wagons. Pickleball courts and children's play area 1 minute walk away. Take a walk through the woods on the trail. Walk along the scenic streets of Port Stanley and stop for dinner and a drink at one of the local fine restaurants. Drop into one of the many boutique stores, beach stores or one of the craft stores Do not forget to take in a live show at The Port Stanley Festival Theatre.. The cottage is located in the area called Kokomo Beach Club, and is full of new luxury items you want to have on your vacation or quick getaway. You also can take a long scenic round trip from Port Stanley on the train or a boat cruise. NO PETS NO EXCEPTIONS. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure fireplace is turned off. Make sure bathroom fans ate turned off.
Make sure BBQ is turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time 9pm to 9am. NO SMOKING in house of any kind.
When checking out , place all dirty towels in hampers ,place all garbage in garage and leave keys on kitchen counter and leave through garage.
PHOTO ID MUST BE SHOWN TO OWNER BY EMAIL OR AT ARRIVAL BEFORE CHECK-IN. MUST BE 19 YEARS OLD TO BOOK. Please be courteous to neighbors with noise.

Great place and great location

The hosts are top shelf, they have set up Sunnyside Beach Cottage very well, and are great with communicating. The cottage is modern, open, clean, with subtle character, friendly area (people out and about, waving, saying hello) everything works together! Port Stanley is a great location for relaxing; the cottage is a short walk to an uncrowded beach, and very close to the walkable town and main beach - we're planning our next visit.

Sunnyside beach cottage was a great place

The property was clean and as per the photos you see on listing. The setup was great for us being 2 storey but having a main floor bedroom and bath with shower as we had a person with li mited mobility. The place was also very well stocked with necessities (papertowels, toilet paper, soap, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, soap etc...) and the hosts even left us a nice welcome basket as well as coffee and tea. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Great place and hosts were great and responsive!
