Séjour parfait

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre location. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du centre ville, du port et des plages. Tout est accessible à pied ou en vélo (piste cyclable devant le résidence). Très calme. L'appartement est parfait: très confortable, parfaitement équipé et impeccable. Un accueil agréable, avec une très gentille attention à l' arrivée!

Hébergement idéal

Appartement bien situé entre plage et ville, calme et dans lequel rien ne manque. De plus les propriétaires sont très gentils et ont eu une attention lors de l'accueil. Je conseille fortement cette location.

Très beau séjour !

Séjour très agréable dans ce charmant appartement idéalement situé à Capbreton, proche du port, du centre-ville et des places. L'appartement dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires à un séjour tranquille et la propreté de l'appartement doit être souligné. L'accueil est également agréable et chaleureux. Location vivement conseillée !

Ce petit appartement, dans un écrin de verdure, a répondu totalement à nos attentes: propreté, hygiène, calme, fonctionnalité, facilité d'accès, proximité du port et des commerces. Nous y étions "comme chez nous". Je le recommande vivement.

Un appartement parfait

Wir haben in dieser gepflegten und sehr gut ausgerüsteten Wohnung im ersten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses wunderschöne Ferien verbracht. Auf der von der Strasse abgewandten Seite - mit Blick auf andere Gärten - war es sehr ruhig. In der Ferne konnte man das Meer rauschen hören. Madame und Monsieur Girardot haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Übergabe der Wohnung war speditiv und wurde ergänzt durch ausführliche Erläuterungen der Besitzer über Capbreton, die Umgebung und anderes Wissenswertes. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und denken, dass ein älteres Paar - wie wir - sich gut erholen wird. Als "Bienvenu" schenkten uns Mme u M Girardot eine Flasche Wein und eine Paté Landaise. Mmh und à bientôt

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem Komfort

Die Wohnung war perfekt, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, Wohnzimmer mit sehr gemütlichen Sesseln, Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemem Bett, schöne große Dusche. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und waren auch bei einem kleinen Problem mit der Spülmaschine sofort bei uns. Auch die ruhige Lage der Wohnung war optimal, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen, zum Bäcker und einem kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäft. Zum Strand und zur Fußgängerzone geht man max. 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Idéal!

Une fois de plus, ce fut un enchantement de passer trois semaines dans ce coquet appartement à Capbreton toujours aussi propre et confortable. Les propriétaires ont à cœur d' apporter des améliorations pour le confort de leurs locataires ( sèche-serviettes dans la salle de bain, volet roulant dans la cuisine). L’accueil est toujours très convivial et le rapport qualité/prix excellent. nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cette location.

Cet appartement était parfait pour nous!

Appartement tout à fait conforme aux photos, très bien équipé et très propre. Il semble qu'il vient d'être construit. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. L'immeuble est très calme. Une grande terrasse abritée, avec vue sur la verdure, permet de manger dehors, à côté de la cuisine, même s'il pleut (une seule demi journée de pluie durant la semaine !) Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous y séjournerons à nouveau avec plaisir si nous retournons à Capbreton. Location à recommander.

Découvrir CAPBRETON

Propriétaires très accueillants. L'appartement "parfait", joliment décoré avec tout ce qu'il faut (comme à la maison). Jolie terrasse que nous avons occupée du matin au soir grâce au beau temps. Petite résidence calme, très bien située pour découvrir les Landes et le Pays Basque (Bayonne, St Jean de Luz, Biarritz et plus encore) Agréable de pouvoir se rendre au port, où nous achetons le poisson directement aux pêcheurs, à pied ou en vélo car nombreuses pistes cyclables . Tout était réuni pour que nous passions de bonnes vacances , ce qui fut le cas très très bon séjour.

Quiétude et satisfaction. A recommander vivement

3 semaines à Capbreton est déjà génial mais être en location dans cet appartement l'est encore plus: dans une petite résidence au calme (on y entend seulement les tourterelles!), à 1km de la grande plage et à quelques minutes à pied du Boudigau, du joli port de plaisance et de pêche ou du centre ville piétonnier, on y trouve la quiétude et tout le nécessaire pour s'y sentir bien. Ce coquet appartement T2 de 55m2 est parfaitement entretenu, soigné et décoré, la literie est neuve et les nuits sont paisibles, la cuisine est entièrement équipée, une jolie et grande terrasse abritée permet d'y manger ou de s'y reposer et il y a même une place de parking réservée! Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. L'accueil est chaleureux, les propriétaires sont charmants, à l'écoute tout en restant discrets. Que dire de plus sinon que nous avons hâte de profiter à nouveau, l'an prochain, de ce charmant logis.

Très bel appartement, bien équipé, très propre et au calme. Propriétaires très sympathiques et disponibles. La location est en tous points conforme à la description, avec tout ce qu'il faut. Nous avons passé un bien agréable séjour, au calme et avec accès faciles vers le centre-ville et la plage. A recommander vivement pour le confort, l'équipement, le calme et la proximité des commerces et de la mer, et pour l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires.
