Went for the “Toast the Season” wine weekend in the Leelanau Peninsula. Perfectly situated in the Leelanau wine trail. The hot tub was great, the host asks for Duraflame logs in the wood burning fireplace so may want to bring some.

Thank you for letting us know, so pleased to hear that this house was a perfect fit for you!
This was a flawless rental. Our family had such a wonderful time. It was clean and close to town. The younger people of the group could walk to town and beach. The older of the group needed to drive. The hot tub was fun to have. We would revisit this rental without question.

Reviewer Comments:
The house was clean, well appointed and comfortable for an in-law vacation.
This is one of the best locations and homes in which we have stayed. The value is exemplary. With minor inconveniences such as a lock box that made entering inconvenient for disparate members of a group, the lack of baking dishes and other amenities in the kitchen and inadequate toilet paper, the home is ideal for a large group. We would highly recommend this rental. Come prepared.

This was a great rental! We couldn't have hoped for a better home to accommodate our family members. There was plenty of common space and yet the layout was such that we each had our own space, as well.

We are so glad you had a great stay there have been quite a few wonderful updates since you were here! New flooring and paint and new configuration of the dining area! We have taken care of the battery of course and hope you come back for a stay soon!
Great location, spacious house. Clean and orderly. Quick walk to Fishtown and North Beach. Kitchen was missing bakeware, and large glasses. Bedrooms were clean, mattresses decent and as described. No mention of small stacking washer dryer unit which isn’t viable for a house that holds up to 12. Hard to keep hottub water clean because only a small bed of gravel surrounded the hottub, then mud.Overall, good stay but could use a little a few adjustments.

Thank you! We are so pleased to know that you enjoyed your time at this home.
Overall good stay, with some room for improvement. Teens complained that basement beds were extremely uncomfortable and we had some issues regulating the temperature downstairs. Given the location, we had to deal with ants/bugs, which property management company explains in paperwork. Kitchen equipment is poor. You’ll need to bring a decent knife/nonstick pan if you plan to cook. Suggest a storage cabinet for guests to store pantry items vs sofa in the kitchen. Suggest cleaning outdoor patio furniture before guests’ arrival, as it was covered in bird droppings and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Suggest a different solution for removing trash from previous guests. Bins outside were already overflowing when we arrived. Dryer does not dry clothes- ran a small through 3-4 cycles and still wet. Location is extremely close/convenient to Fishtown, walked to see town fireworks and shopping in the area. Note: road is very busy and dangerous so take extra care. Overall good stay in a lovely area.
