We’ve been coming to Holden beach for many years and this by far has been our favorite house. I highly recommend this home its beautiful with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation.

The property is beautiful and very comfortable. Checkin was very easy. Lots of equipment for pool or beach. I booked this particular home because an elevator was needed for 3 of the guests. When we arrived it was great to use the elevator to get everyone and their belongings to their rooms. Unfortunately there was a malfunction with the elevator and the handyman was unable to get to the house to reset the elevator prior to our having to checkout. It took three of the men to help our oldest guest down 3 flights of steps. Fortunately he and the two others I was worried about were able to maneuver the steps safely. Highly recommend this rental if you aren't dependent on the elevator. Beautiful home and very comfortable. Very close to the beach. Landlord responded quickly to my texts. Unfortunate the elevator wasn't reset prior to our departure

This place is exceptionally nice, views are gorgeous, bedrooms huge, bathrooms extremely nice , kitchen so nice and the couches so comfortable. The elevator is what sold this home bringing a grandmother than walks with a walker.

Great Family Beach Getaway

We had a great time for a week with 6 adults and 6 kids (ages 3-16). The house was great: clean and comfortable, plenty of room for everyone, and a well stocked kitchen. The pool and back yard were great when we weren't at the beach, just a few steps down from the property. Already considering coming again!

Beautiful home! The kichen is stocked well, rooms are spacious with great attached bathrooms, the pool area is fabulous with the bar area and hot tub shaded, and close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The owner was very responsive. The elevator was helpful to get luggage and groceries to the upper levels. I would definitely recommend!
