Welcome to Trails Edge! This 2 bedroom plus bunk room, 3.5 bath, 3 level townhouse is ideally located directly on the ski hill with ski-in and ski-out access and is only a short 8 minute walk to the village. It’s the perfect place to access all that Sun Peaks has to offer and to unwind after an activity-filled day.

About this unit:
Main Floor – In-floor heating throughout, Dining table seating for 6 plus 4 at counter, updated and well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, powder room, gas fireplace, deck overlooking Mt Morrisey and the Orient chair
Upstairs – Master bedroom with new king-sized and full on-suite, 2nd bedroom with a queen bed with a full bath in hallway, small office nook
Downstairs – Walk-out basement to a covered patio with a brand new hot tub, gas fireplace, twin-over-full bunkbed, twin daybed, full bathroom and laundry room

Additional Amenities - A garage to store all your ski and bike gear, 1 parking spot in front and additional guest parking throughout the complex, washer and dryer, BBQ, towels and linens, keyless entry system, board games, Wi-Fi TVs and high speed internet.

This is a family home in a family-oriented complex and is best suited for families or small, mature groups. This complex adheres to a strict noise policy between 10pm and 7am and has many full-time residents. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful and courteous of our neighbours. There is no smoking allowed and sorry, no pets.

What a great spot! Very well equipped with everything you could need. Very clean and well kept. Lovely layout for families/kids. Short 5-10 minute walk to the village on well kept trails, and true ski in/out access. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful, well appointed townhome

Thanks to Renee for the early check in as we were able to unpack the car before squeezing in an afternoon of skiing! The home is very spacious and is right on the valley trail for an easy walk to the village or ski down to the Orient lift. The kitchen is well stocked and the TV had access to cable so the boys could watch the World Cup final. This home exceeded expectations.
