Bright and spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home in Cochrane located just off highway 22 &1A, It is an easy drive to Canmore, Banff and Calgary. Quiet and family friendly neighbourhood. Just a short walk to plazza or mintues drive to shopping center. Enjoy mountain life with city convenience.

* 3 Queen beds in 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished as home office.

There is a spacious master bedroom with ensuite, a beautiful main bath and second bedroom. The third room can be used as a home office, complete with a desk!

The main floor is comfortable and roomy, with an open concept it’s easy to enjoy meals and visiting and be open to the whole main floor space. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots/pans and most small appliances!

Great place to stay for families or anyone seeking a clean and comfortable stay. Beds were very comfortable. Neighbourhood was nice and quiet. There was a park a block away that was perfect for my toddler and so convenient to have a restaurant and amenities within walking distance.

Great Family Xmas Stay

Check in process and communication with Lisa was easy. Bedrooms were upstairs so those who went to bed early were separated from the “party crowd “ downstairs. Kitchen was well equipped with the basics. Easy access to walking paths and off-leash area. We would stay there again.

Nice stay in Cochrane

The rental process was smooth. This was a nice clean basic unit. As a new unit to VRBO, maybe a few items to iron out , no cable tv, had to call for where wifi password located ( under cover on modem ), needs blinds in kitchen for privacy, other than these minor items we enjoyed stay here

We like outdoors, hiking and mountain biking in summer and skiing in winter. Cochrane is close to Kananaskis country where we have thousands trails to explore. 50 minutes to Banff, or one hour drive to ski resorts Sunshine and Lake Louise.

Why they chose this property

Located west side of Cochrane on Hwy 1A, our home is nearest to Canmore and Banff, easy drive with no traffic jam.

40 minutes to Canmore and 50 minutes to Banff. Less than 40 minutes drive to Calgary International Airport.

5 minutes drive to Cochrane shopping center and restaurants.
