Are stay during Thanksgiving holiday exceeded are expectation. The house was immaculate prior to our arrival. The heated pool /Spa was added plus. The Mattresses were extremely confortable. I loved this place so much so that will be booking it again next year.

We enjoyed our stay over the Easter Holiday. The house was very clean, well kept, and the kitchen was supplied with pans/pots and utensils so we could prepare an Easter meal. Our kids loved the pool. Beach was close by and also a good time. Definitely a home we would stay in on future visits.

Pool was amazing! Big kitchen, spacious bedrooms. We didn't get to enjoy the entertainment room (not enough time)but maybe next time. Close to alot of shopping and restaurants. We went to two great restaurants, Think Greek, and Fernandos.

Quiet, clean retreat with great heated pool and hot tub

This house is in a quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, shopping and within walking distance to Spruce Bluff preserve. It was extremely clean, had a detailed house manual with instructions for pool, hot tub, Delonghi coffee/Expresso machine, etc. We enjoyed spending time in the heated pool and hot tub. Owners were responsive to any questions before and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible house!

We had a terrific time at the house. The master bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The house was spotless. The place is much larger than anticipated. We loved the pool, very large, and the hot tub was a great feature. We would love to stay again.

Perfect getaway

We needed a week away from the North East weather to prepare for spring. This property was perfect. The pool operated beautifully and with the SPA was used several times a day. The house was in excellent shape, a convenient location and had all the amenities we needed. The instructions for using everything were detailed and included many recommendations for local attractions. We plan to return next time we need a break. Ended our stay with viewing a Space X launch from the front yard. Awesome!

We rented the house last year so we knew what to expect. All went as planned and it is really a great house. Dressers in the 2 non master bedrooms would be an upgrade. Limited supplies, I would think at this price you could provide some soap, tp etc. Oh well, great time! !

Awful!

The house was not clean nor was the pool clean. We dealt with roaches and a broken dryer during our stay. Privacy is non existent like the picture may show. Pots and pans were in horrible shape enough that we bought brand new for our stay and took them with us. The owner was super nice but its obviouse the property managers dont take care of the property properly for the rates they are charging. We wont be staying here again.

The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following:- The pool was checked by the owner of the pool cleaning company immediately after your complaint and was confirmed to be 100% clean. We confirmed this with a photo taken a day before your check-in showing its condition- The dryer issue was resolved within hours of your report. The filter was clogged and was immediately repaired- An Orkin pest control specialist was sent out after your report of roaches. While no roaches were found during the inspection, the property was sprayed as a precaution- The pots and pans were recently checked and are in good condition. We’re sorry to hear they did not meet your needs during your stay- Two trees were cut down in April, which appear in one of our photos, but this does affect the privacy of the home. We still do not see any neighbors to either side of the pool, or to the back of the propertyWe do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thanks again for your feedback!
