Great family home

We had a lovely time at this property. Fantastic location and great facilities. Great pool and yard. Shaun was easy to contact and resolved our minor issues. There were a Few small maintenance issues that I believe have now been fixed ( reason for 4 rather 5 stars). We love Kingscliff, perfect family spot.

A bit disappointing

We have stayed at this house previously and it was a lot nicer the first time. The house is a bit tired and could do with a decent clean and tidy up.

Hi Christina, its a bit of a shock to receive this review from you when we had multiple conversations by text message during your stay and you never mentioned anything. You've said the house is a bit tired but you haven't mentioned anything in particular. We have just spend thousands of dollars getting upgrades so not sure what this could be in relation to. Would have been great to have had the opportunity to address any issues you had while you were at the property. Thank you

Great outdoor entertainment, great location but house needs some TLC

Great location. Amazing pool area and the slide is so much entertainment for the kids. House is abit run down. Beds are all very soft and uncomfortable. The whole house is zoned on one air con setting which is quite annoying. No ceiling fans upstairs and gets very hot. Kitchen could be more equipped for families with kids such as plastic bowls and cups. Didn’t like that there was outside cameras on the house looking down the backyard where my kids were playing. Overall we enjoyed our stay just some feedback for the owners.
