Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
So many things to put into words … Bbq was completely broken unusable, and need trades people to convey this to management.Broken and missing kitchen equipment No shower pressure at all - when trades person came out - it was because of filthy plumbing systems that had not been addressed in years!!Flies and bugs - cob weds everywhere and hornets nests everywhere on the balcony Mould all over the balconyVery uncomfortable beds - a flat board would be better! And the owner had no appreciation for any of this advice! Book with caution!!! -

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry your stay did not meet your expectations.
We take comments regarding the condition and maintenance of the property very seriously. We were unaware the BBQ was out of order and have since purchased a replacement. We also offered to get a plumber to attend promptly to rectify the plumbing issues and you declined until 6 days into your stay.
The accommodation is located on a scenic rural property where insects can occasionally be present. We take cleanliness seriously and have had the premises professionally cleaned to eradicate the issues raised.
We are always happy to receive constructive feedback and use to improve the guest experience.
Was our second year coming for a weekend with friends and we are already organising next year. We were very happy with the property again.

Thanks for the review Katrina. We are so glad you and your friends had a great time at Longford. Looking forward to welcoming your group again on your next visit!
Beautiful home and location for a holiday. We really enjoyed using the house as a base for exploring Gloucester & surrounds. The spa and sauna are woodfired and a bit tricky to get going. Wood was provided but it was really not suitable. It would be best if you brought your own like the bags of smaller pieces you get from bunnings would be ideal. Also good to know there is only 1 small fridge so eskies & ice may be needed for drinks and backup to keep things cold.
