Great stay

excellent location, clean and updated. only complaint i'd have is there were no pool towels, no laundry soap and no oil for cooking with. we packed a lot of stuff to come to mexico for our trip and thought we'd thought of everything but some of these basics would've made it perfect.

Family Vacation

This place is amazing! Beautiful property with awesome views! The beds are luxurious and super comfortable. There are a couple of tiny issues, but nothing that would make me not want to stay here again. For example there could be a few more bath towels, there is no seal at the bottom of the master bathroom shower so water leaks on to the floor and all the the tv’s Netflix and Roku accounts are in. Spanish. This place is a definite 10 and would highly recommend. We will be back!

Terrific family vacation

Pro: - We had a great time. The building is on the beach - the beach has beautiful sand - awesome views - Easy parking - terrific terrace Con: - cleanliness could have been better. When we got there the dishwasher and one of the kitchen cabinets smelled like vomit. That was disgusting. We had to deep clean the closet and run the dishwasher 3 times. Don’t look behind the nightstands- has not been cleaned. - the sofas in the living room have feet that were not attached properly. - only 5 large towels. Bring extra beach towels with you- there are none at the pool. - you cannot run two showers at the same time- the water heater power jumps off and you need to reset it. - the internet is SLOW. This unit is one of the most expensive ones at Bella Sirena- but is located in the best building. Overall a terrific family vacation.

Be careful - count the towels when you check in.

First off- Check in process is long. The host is very slow with information Refrigerator did not work- I had to buy ice to keep it cold. Check out process zero communication from the host Also received a credit card charge for missing towels- which is incorrect- room only had 2 towels and zero wash clothes. No email on the charge, total surprise. I called when the charge appeared and spoke to a person (very hard to understand) told me the charges would be reversed, Never happed. Beware of hidden charges from this Rental !

Clean and Updated

We have been staying at Bella Sirena at least once per year over the last 10 years. While the resort is beautiful many of the condos/villas are in need of major remodeling/renovation. However, this unit (404 A) has recently been remodeled and it was so refreshing. New countertops, paint, furniture- the works! You can tell a lot of effort was put into this update. Everything in the unit was very clean! There is a spacious balcony with nice outdoor furniture to lounge on. Located on the balcony was a little shed that had beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. Some cons that might be beneficial to owners: the washer and dryer were in great working condition however there was a horrible smell coming from the washer. I think the washing machine trap needs to be cleaned out. And because the laundry room is right off the kitchen the foul odor was smelled while we were eating. The last night we were there the master bathroom ceiling started leaking onto the bathroom floor. We called the rental mgmt company and were told to notify the security guards at Bella Sirena. We did. Then somebody from security came to look and said the air conditioner pipe was frozen. Once we turned the air conditioner off the leak stopped. Because we were leaving early the next morning I am not sure what happened- I assume the issue was fixed. The unit could use some more shower/bath towels as well as a few more sleeping bed pillows. Overall- our stay in Unit 404 A was amazing. Regardless of the few cons everything was great! We would 100% rent this unit again in the future.
