The property was well kept and clean. The place was excellent for our needs as a family. Living room with a pull out sofa, kitchen was excellent with modern amenities and cutlery, dishes, pans, etc... The owners are also friendly and were available for any needs we had.

The property was absolutely perfect. Big and spacious. Very clean and has everything for a comfortable stay. Great communication with the host. It really feels like your own home. I will definitely book again.
Not only was our host very courteous in answering any questions we had, she was also wonderfully kind and considerate.
The VRBO was clean, yet comforting. We weren’t too far from Vancouver for day trips, but we were in a nice quiet spot for the evenings.
I would highly recommend to anyone coming for a visit to stay here. You will have a wonderful experience in the dwelling, and it will vastly exceed the feeling of any hotel you could conjure.

Everything about this place is charming, thoughtful, quiet clean, and relaxing.
Located in a newer neighborhood, we felt safe and welcome. Every need has been anticipated, from motion activated lights leading to the entry to a well equipped kitchen.
The hostess went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.
5 stars and four very enthusiastic thumbs up!
If we can find availability next time we're in town we'd love to go back!

Very quiet private downstairs walk in suite facing into back yard. Excellent sound proofing so hardly hear anything from the rest of the house. Super quiet residential neighbourhood with street parking. Spacious, super clean and comfortable. Excellent communication from the owner. This will be my first choice for future trips to Surrey.
This was the perfect place to stay! Up-to-date, cozy, and terrific property managers! I would absolutely stay here again!

Why they chose this property
The space The bedroom features a brand new king memory foam bed (diamond hotel collection) that we have had many compliments on and even requests with where we got it, so guests can buy their own.
There are also charging ports at each beside and at the workspace desk for your convenience.
The shower has an adjustable mode, hand held shower head so you can enjoy your preferred pressure.
The coffee bar features a Keurig machine and kettle and we provide coffee and various types of tea.
The sofa bed in the family room is comfy as both a sofa and queen pullout bed and allows the whole family to stay comfortably.
The washer and dryer are tucked away with detergent provided should you want to do your laundry. Guest access Enjoy coffee or a meal on your own patio Other things to note The stairs to the suite are concrete and have a motion censored lit path.
The suite is above ground so plenty of natural light.
