It’s so close to everything- 150m to Claremont Quarter, 600m to the train station and only 10mins into the city or 20mins to Optus Stadium, 800m to lake Claremont for a nice walk around the lake or a hit of golf at the Lake Claremont Golf Course, lots of restaurants and cafes in walking distance, 1km to the Claremont Jetty for a spot of fishing, a decent 2.5km walk to North Cottesloe beach.

A short walk will take to you the local supermarket, Christ Church Grammar School, Freshwater Bay Primary School, the picturesque Claremont Park and the ever popular The Claremont Hotel. Beautifully renovated townhouse
Great place, awesome location, walking distance to Claremont quarter. Very tight parking (good luck if you're driving a LandCruiser), but there is plenty of street parking so you'll be fine. Beautifully renovated. Communication was great. Couldn't ask for more. We'll stay again next time we're in Perth. Loved it.
