This double storey townhouse impress the most discerning of guests looking for a professionally managed accommodation to indulge themselves for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.

The whole house is quite comfy with a relaxing backyard. You will feel immediately relaxed when you enter this oasis in the centre of Subiaco.

Ground floor you have the living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry and one toilet and backyard. Our kitchen provides all new electrical appliances and cookware. You can cook your delicious meals during your stay here.

There are 3 queen size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs which can sleep 6 people. One bathroom is with shower and bathtub. There is also one sofa bed in the living room and one air floor mattress which can accommodate 3 more people. This property can accommodate 9 people total.

All rooms have air con!

The townhouse has its own laundry with Washing machine and dryer. Free supply of laundry detergent.

One car bay at the premise. 4 visitor parkings near the entry. Cannot guarantee the visitor parking lot is available all the time though.

Home away from home

The place is clean and comfortable. Great location, easy access to the city, Kings park and beaches. We would stay here again.

Amazing little townhouse

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Albert is a wonderful host and the property is in a great location if you’re looking to stay west of Perth. Maccas across the road and a range of shops in Waverley nearby made it super easy. Would recommend this place to other visitors
